Work with us to help deliver and support our programmes
In order to measure our impact and involve people with lived experience in decision-making, we often work with partners who deliver evaluation, learning, co-production and/or relationship management support for our programmes.

Request for Proposal – Salary Banding
We are looking for an HR partner specialising in salary banding structures and related competencies to work with us to review our salary structures and progression pathways.
Ideally you will have experience working with grant making charities, understanding the balance between safeguarding the endowment for our charitable purposes and ensuring that remuneration is fair, competitive and reflective of an organisation that has recently grown in both size and competency.
This request for proposals is for the diagnostic phase of a broader project, and we will issue further requests for proposals based on the findings of Phase 1.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal, download and view the brief: Request For Proposal – Salary Banding (PDF, 143KB).
If you have any questions, or require further information, please contact our Director of Finance and Operations, Bhadresh Devchand.
