Reflective Schwartz Rounds provide a ‘whole organisation’ reflective space for staff at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, from all disciplines, to come together to think about the emotional impact of the work they do together. This is a Trust-wide offering which currently runs across the four main hospitals sites and Staplehurst.
Reflective Schwartz Rounds also come in the form of ‘Pop-Up Rounds’. The aim of these smaller rounds is to provide a space for teams to reflect on particularly challenging cases/identified themes.
