Lucy has worked in communications and PR in the public and voluntary sectors for more than 15 years. She was previously Head of Media and PR for Smart Energy GB, the campaign to promote smart meters. Prior to that she worked in strategic communications in the Cabinet Office, leading communications for the then Office of the Third Sector and working on a range of cross government campaigns. She has a keen interest in the voluntary sector and started her career editing Third Sector, a trade magazine for the voluntary sector. She also worked for homelessness charity Crisis as Head of Campaigning.
