Welcoming our new CEO
Maudsley Charity welcomes new Chief Executive Sarah Holloway

Sarah Holloway has joined Maudsley Charity as our new Chief Executive. Sarah joins from the King’s Maudsley Partnership for Children and Young People, where she was Programme Director.
Sarah’s background is in national mental health policy and strategy and brings with her an understanding of the sector and passion for improving treatment and support for people with mental illness.
Previously Sarah was Head of Mental Health for Adults within NHS England and has worked across health policy more broadly at both the Cabinet Office and Department for Health and Social Care. Sarah is also Chair of South East London Mind.
Sarah said “We have a unique opportunity to improve mental health support and treatment in South London and beyond, working in partnership with communities, the NHS, research and the voluntary sector. I want to spend my time early on listening to and learning from those we fund and partner with to understand how we can collectively go further for mental health, at a time of such need.”
