Whatever challenge you’re taking on, we’ll support you with a fundraising pack, materials to help you on your way and personalised support from our friendly team– and we’ll make sure you receive a t-shirt to wear with pride as you cross the finish line.

Couch to 5k is a great way to get started with your fitness journey and raise money for our charity. Download the NHS app for running audio guides and tips, share your progress online with friends and family and ask for donations as you reach your running milestones
Take on a month-long challenge. Could you do 100 squats a day for a month? Or perhaps you could do 300,000 steps in a month by getting your recommended 10,000 a day? Impress yourself (and friends!) by how much you can achieve in just a month
Learn a new sporting skill. Have you always wished you could swim further, do more keepie-uppies or lift a certain weight? Get training, motivate yourself by doing something amazing for people living with poor mental health and smash those goals
