This project aims to reduce stigma and help young people from BAME communities to access treatment for Bulimia Nervosa. Through outreach to communities, and working with schools and parents, it will address the low rates of referral for Bulimia Nervosa from BAME communities in south east London. The project is based in Lewisham working through South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust’s – Child and Adolescent services and social services.
Your donation will help us to fund more services that increase access and reduce stigma. We work with our projects to ensure that lessons learned are shared across the NHS and beyond, to bring benefit to people across the UK and internationally.Donate today
