Naomi is responsible for designing and managing evaluation processes, and ensuring quality is embedded in our impact frameworks. She is also responsible for monitoring programme diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.
Naomi has joined from Leonard Cheshire where she was the Insight & Impact Manager responsible for leading their measurement and evaluation work. She has 14 years experience working for the pan-disability charity and spent her most recent roles creating and embedding an impact culture. She has a passion for designing inclusive impact measurement tools and ensuring that all voices are heard. She is also a qualified Level 5 Professional Coach.
