Solomon is the Evaluation and Learning Manager for the Maudsley Charity.
He supports the Charity to understand, evidence, and communicate the impact of its work. This involves working with colleagues and grant holders to build reflective team cultures, make effective use of data, and embed high-quality monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) practices across their work.
Solomon joined in September 2026. Before this, Solomon led and supported a range of research and evaluation projects for the national youth work charity, UK Youth.
