Operations Lead

Tanya is the Operations Lead, responsible for the operational delivery of governance, HR and business support functions to ensure the Charity operates effectively, efficiently, and inclusively in line with our values and culture.

Tanya joined the charity in October 2023 from Z2K, where she was Office Manager for this small grassroots charity focussed on fighting poverty in London and the UK. While Tanya’s early work history was focused on support functions in the private sector, the last 15 years have seen her largely working with charities/NGOs, both in the UK and South Africa, with a focus on marginalised communities.
